Asia is Outspending the USA 3-to-1 in Clean-Tech Investments
The Race for Clean-Tech is OnA new study by the Breakthrough Institute and the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation shows that the U.S. could be left behind by Asia (specifically by China, South Korea and Japan) when it comes to investing in clean-tech and clean energy.
