Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is a lovable British food hero/eccentric--he has published cook books, appears on t.v. and has an organic farm, River Cottage, in Dorset, where he grows organic, natural food and serves it in his restaurant. He has always been very serious in his promotion of eating local, seasonal and organic food and all his recipes reflect this principle. Now he has opened a shop, The Natural Kitchen, in central London.
